Pejai attained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences at University of Florida with specialization in Athletic Training. She pursued her Masters in Physical Therapy at University of North Florida and graduated December 2006. She has been a practicing clinician since March 2007 with experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics and has a true passion for helping people in the field of physical therapy. She has treated a variety of orthopedic conditions such as sprains/strains, post-surgical conditions, sports injuries, frozen shoulder, shoulder impingement and spine pathologies (instability, hypomobility, acute/chronic disc issues, nerve root impingement). Pejai is trained in therapeutic exercise, adjuctive modalities and manual therapy including myofascial and joint mobilizations.

Alisha graduated from the Birmingham School of Massage in Birmingham, AL. She is certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and has been licensed and practicing as a massage therapist in the state of Florida since 2005. She has extensive training in numerous massage techniques including: neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue and Swedish. Alisha is certified in neuromuscular therapy and specializes in myofascial release and structural integration in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica, whiplash, as well as upper/lower back pain due to trauma, occupational strain, or injury.
