Jim is the founder and president of TherapyWorks' Massage Therapy and Rehabilitation Centers. He has been a practicing neuromuscular therapist specializing in advanced manual therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and injury rehabilitation since 1994. He has successfully treated thousands of patients and clients that suffer from soft tissue/muscle injuries, pain, and stress related ailments.

Tommie-Lee B. Lehman, V.P.
Office and Billing Administrator

Tommie-Lee is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelors degree in Management. She serves as vice president of TherapyWorks of Jacksonville and handles all of the important daily functions of the office, in addition to all administrative and personnel issues. Tommie-Lee brings her great knowledge finance, billing, human resources, and organization to maintaining a consistent and productive office.

Pejai Valenti, M.P.T.
Physical Therapist

Pejai attained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences at University of Florida with specialization in Athletic Training. She pursued her Masters in Physical Therapy at University of North Florida and graduated December 2006. She has been a practicing clinician since March 2007 with experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics and has a true passion for helping people in the field of physical therapy. She has treated a variety of orthopedic conditions such as sprains/strains, post-surgical conditions, sports injuries, frozen shoulder, shoulder impingement and spine pathologies (instability, hypomobility, acute/chronic disc issues, nerve root impingement). Pejai is trained in therapeutic exercise, adjuctive modalities and manual therapy including myofascial and joint mobilizations.

Dorinda Pena, L.M.T., N.M.T.

Dorinda is licensed and certified through the State of Florida and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She has worked with many physicians and other healthcare professionals in the field of medical massage and has helped hundreds of patients improve their quality of life through massage. In addition to training in neuromuscular and orthopedic massage, she has advanced training in Lomi Lomi massage. Whether you are seen for medical rehabilitative treatment or just need relaxation or stress reducing therapies, Dorinda can help you with your goals. Dorinda’s main focus is to help each and every person achieve maximum long lasting results through her skills of massage therapy and physical medicine.

Alisha M. Littlefield, L.M.T., N.M.T.

Alisha graduated from the Birmingham School of Massage in Birmingham, AL. She is certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and has been licensed and practicing as a massage therapist in the state of Florida since 2005. She has extensive training in numerous massage techniques including: neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue and Swedish. Alisha is certified in neuromuscular therapy and specializes in myofascial release and structural integration in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica, whiplash, as well as upper/lower back pain due to trauma, occupational strain, or injury. She has vast experience in working with athletes in such sports as football, baseball, soccer, marathon runners, bicyclists, and swimmers. In addition to practicing as a licensed massage therapist, Alisha has a background as a rehabilitative technician and is a certified Pilates instructor through Spenser Pilates. This experience allows her to incorporate beneficial low impact core stabilization, range of motion, and stretch/exercise routines in order to improve your overall well being. Whether you are seeking pain relief or relaxation therapies, Alisha has an innate ability, coupled with light to extremely deep pressure, to assess and treat your particular condition.

Sean Griffith, L.M.T., N.M.T.
Medical/Orthopedic Massage Therapist, MA#32190

Sean has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 7 years and is a graduate of Core Institute of Massage Therapy in Tallahassee Florida where he studied myofascial spreading and deep tissue therapy. He specializes in ischemic compression and trigger point therapy for treating chronic muscle spasms and hypertonicity of major muscle groups of any age or activity level. Sean has worked with seasoned football athletics from Florida State University and professional baseball players during his career as a licensed massage therapist. In addition to massage, Sean has a background in personal training, emergency medicine, and physical therapy.

Brett Bass, L.M.T., N.M.T.

Brett has been a practicing since 2005 and is a graduate of Heritage Institute in Jacksonville, Florida where he studied neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, advanced manual therapy and sports massage therapy. He specializes in treating soft tissue pain and injuries through utilizing specific deep compression and trigger point release techniques. Whether you are looking for stress reduction or need specific bodywork peformed, Brett has the versatility to help you achieve your therapy goals.
